Why should YOU trust ME? A 22 year old millennial who is fresh out of college. I know what you're thinking, 'It would be way easier to just use the big name realtor in town.' And yes, it probably would be easier to use the big name realtor! But there are MANY advantages to using a young realtor when making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

1. Growing up, we watched and experienced technological advancement. Beginning with dial up computers that took up WAY too much space, to desktop computers/laptops, and iPads. I've personally been through numerous computer science and graphic design courses that will help me best market your property in an eye catching way on multiple platforms!

2. SOCIAL MEDIA. This is an obvious one. Listing your home is one thing, getting the exposure it needs sell is another! Why not trust someone who has the expertise in social media to do that for you? Growing up in the digital age has allowed us millennial agents to enter the work force with a social media presence that will easily connect customers and make for the best use of technology.

3. Lastly, we are young and full of energy. Being a millennial in real estate, we have all of the time and energy to exceed the expectations of clients. In order to gain trust from clients and other agents, us young agents have to constantly be on top of our game. (So why wouldn't you choose to work with a young realtor who's going to give their ALL when representing you?)
